About Share Your Science
Who or what is Share Your Science?
We are a presence, presentation skills and communication training company. Our sole purpose is to help scientists and researchers share their research clearly, confidently and authentically.
We have over 20 years of experience in communication of all sorts and for the last 12 years, we’ve worked almost exclusively with scientists, researchers and research teams.

Why work with us?
For us, it’s all about helping you get your messages across, in the right way for your audience. That’s what makes us tick.
If you want to elevate your presence, present authentically and impactfully, and share your research with experts and lay audiences, we can help you build the skills and confidence that you need.
What it’s like to work with us:
We play fair. We’re not greedy. We tell you the truth, not what will make us money. We’re brave enough to share the difficult messages. Relationships matter a great deal to us. Great feedback makes our week. We’re choosy about who we work with and what the projects we take on. We get excited by the small things.
We believe that:
- Good presenters, speakers and communicators are made, not born – anyone can learn to present and communicate with impact.
- Clear, authentic communication can inform, educate, inspire, motivate and even prompt action.
- Your science or research deserves to be shared.
We know about more than just presentations:
Share Your Science is part of SciComm Success, where we offer presentation and speaking training, but also training and workshops on things like podcasting, web design, social media and more. When you work with us on your presentation skills, you’ll benefit from our extensive knowledge in science communication and public outreach using different forms of communication, too.

Woman-owned, woman operated, and a diverse client base.
From our humble beginnings in 2012, we’ve been woman-owned and woman-operated.
Over the years, we’ve been luck to work with a diverse bunch of people, in-house and elsewhere, and we still do. We believe that this diversity offers our clients new and interesting perspectives that help them elevate their presence and present and communicate at their best.

Behind the business
Suzanne Whitby is the woman behind both Share Your Science and SciComm Success.
She is a communication specialist who has nearly 20 years of international experience of tackling communication challenges head-on. Since 2012, she has been designing and delivering training programmes and workshops to help scientists and researchers share their research effectively with non-expert audiences, and develop the skills they need to interact successfully with peers and colleagues. Her experience extends across a range of sectors and she has designed and delivered communication and facilitation programmes for many well-known organisations in Europe, the USA, and further afield.
In addition to her innovative use of training and facilitation methodologies in her programmes to aid learning, she is known for her ability to cut to the heart of problems and to provide innovative insights, direct feedback, and supportive advice to help people transform their communication and personal impact.
A trainer, coach, facilitator and moderator, Suzanne’s approach is lively, facilitative and flexible. She has a track record of designing and delivering transformative programmes that have reached thousands of participants worldwide.

I have worked with Suzanne on several communication and marketing projects.
She is truly a gem as a person and a communication powerhouse. The depth and the breadth of her know-how has always left me speechless, as does the the scope of her creative and technical knowledge.
Her work is impressive. She has this endless creative mind and she not only have fantastic business ideas, but she seems to be able to put them in action in no time. What tops that all is that she is super easy to work, honest, very responsive, very helpful and always on the lookout for the best option for you. And it seems she operates on a different time dimension than the rest of us… Wonder woman exists after all!
